PUBLICATIONS
PHCC of Tennessee NewsLink
A bi-monthly newsletter is produced with information significant to Tennessee. News and articles of assistance in running a successful company are included. Health and Safety issues are included, along with OSHA and Labor rulings. The Newsletter includes educational information to keep you, the contractor, up to date with the latest technology, plus articles of interest to your staff.

Convention Program
This annual award-winning publication is mailed to 2500 people including contractors, city inspectors, architects, engineers, business maintenance departments, school maintenance, and other industry-related persons. The Convention Program offers convention and trade show information and updates from the elected leadership. This publication is Tennessee’s PHC Contractor reference for companies and their products.

Lending Library
The PHCC office has a large selection of safety and educational tapes pertinent to the industry. A list of these tapes is available by contacting the PHCC of Tennessee office at 865-531-7422. There is no fee for the 30-day rental program.

SCHOLARSHIPS
In addition to National Scholarships, TAPHCC offers a scholarship as well. Any member’s child, grandchild, or employee whether Contractor or Industry Council, is eligible to apply for the TAPHCC scholarship, as long as the parent or grandparent has been a member of PHCC of Tennessee for a period of two consecutive years. Scholarship forms must be completed and received by the PHCC of Tennessee office prior to February 1. Applications may be obtained by calling the TAPHCC office at 865-531-7422.

TENNESSEE PHCC GOVERNMENT RELATIONS
Not only does PHCC of Tennessee write new laws to be presented to the Tennessee State Legislature for the betterment of the industry, it is also a watchdog for legislation that could be detrimental to contractors.

STATE TO STATE INTERACTION
Through networking with other state associations throughout the United States, PHCC of Tennessee has the ability to locate key people across the United States who can assist Tennessee members faced with state to state situations. Whether it be codes or licensing laws in other states, or contact people in cities the contractor may have a project, PHCC has the resources available to assist its members.

APPRENTICESHIP PROGRAMS
The Knoxville and Middle Tennessee PHCC Associations have plumbing and HVAC apprentice four-year training programs sanctioned by the U.S. Department of Labor. Contact PHCC-TN 1-865-531-7422 for information.

ANNUAL CONVENTION
The Annual Convention and Trade Show is held in late April/early May each year. The TAPHCC Trade Show is one of the largest PHC industry shows in this region, continuing to expand each year with attendance at record highs.

The TAPHCC Convention is a mix of education, information, and enjoyment. Some traditional events include the annual golf classic, the PHCC Tennessee Trade Show (admission is free to all who attend), roundtables/educational seminars, an Industry Council lunch, receptions, and entertainment. The agenda allows time for information discussion groups and relaxation.
